CHICKEN CARAVAN

An automated and mobile chicken caravan for 

The Ecology Center based in San Juan Capistrano.

 

​

Every morning at sunrise this cabin opens its doors for the hens, letting them out on new pastures around the farm.

After a plot of land has been harvested this coop is moved there, leftover scraps become food for the hens while they fertilise the land and prepare it for a new planting season. A portable fence accompanies the coop, keeping hens in and predators out.
