A complete re-design of the Nord Bjølsen cafe.

Humble materials with a pair back nordic feel. Fishbone paneling found on the backrests and the counter as a gentle nod to when boats used to go between South America and Norway. Bringing coffee to Norway and filling the boats with fish on the way back.

This concept was later replicated to numerous of Nords cafes around town.
